Mizizi means roots in Swahili. Defined by earthy tones and hand-carved textures, this collection draws inspiration from the layers, lines, and forms found in nature.
Each piece is individually wheel-thrown and glazed by hand in my home studio. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, making each one a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.

As each piece is completely handmade, you may notice small variations or minor imperfections in the shape, glaze, texture or colour. These are natural characteristics of the handmade process and are part of what makes each piece unique. They do not affect the functionality or intended use of the piece.
Care: dishwasher safe, although handwashing is best. Microwave safe. Avoid sudden changes in temperature to help prevent cracking.
